Overview
This bench combines a 19th century French gothic church pew and custom cushions with collaged paintings from an 18th century Latin and German Compendium of Demonology and Magic. By integrating iconographical pieces the dichotomy of sinful and pious is introduced. Sometimes, there is beauty in blasphemy.
